FAQ

  • Our address is unit #110 at 9220 Glover Road in Fort Langley. We’re on the east side of the building, in the alley directly across from Lee’s Market.

  • We’re currently open six days a week. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm. We are closed Sundays and holidays.

  • Please select the “Book Now” button on our website, located in the menu at the top of the page. This will send you to our appointment site.
    If you’ve booked with us before, you can log in via the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right and entering your phone number. You’ll receive a sign-in code via text. Enter the confirmation code and select ‘Sign In.’ If you haven’t booked with us before, or aren’t sure, you can skip this step.
    From here you’ll be able to select the service you want and then press ‘Continue’ in the bottom right corner.
    Next choose from the available staff members or choose ‘any available staff member’ if you have no preference.
    You’ll be presented with a calendar where you can choose from any of our available time slots. Days on which we are open will have a blue circle around them. You can book as far as three months in advance by toggling the arrows at the top of the calendar. Select the date you want, and then the time you want from the menu below. If you don’t see the time you want you can opt to ‘Join Waitlist’ with the button at the bottom of the page
    Once you’ve chosen your appointment you’ll be asked to provide your name, phone number, and email. This is so we will be able to contact you if something arises, and to avoid fraudulent bookings. Enter your information and press ‘Book Appointment.’
    You’ll be sent to a confirmation page telling you your appointment has been accepted. Here you can see all the details of your appointment, add it to your calendar, reschedule, cancel, or book another appointment. If you don’t need any of these options you’re safe to exit the page.
    You should also receive a confirmation text/email. If you do not receive one, you may have entered the wrong information, or not completed your appointment booking process. Make sure your phone has adequate wifi/cellphone service. If you still don’t receive a text/email, please attempt logging in/booking your appointment again.

    If for any reason the online booking process isn’t working for you, don’t hesitate do give us a call at +1 (236) 451-0050 during open hours and we’ll be happy to give you any assistance.

  • Select the ‘Book Now’ button from the menu at the top of our website, or follow the link provided in your confirmation text/email.
    From here you may have to log in. Select the ‘Sign In’ option at the top of the page. Enter the phone number you used to make your appointment and follow the directions to sign in.
    Once signed in, select ‘My Appointments’ at the top of the page. From here you should be able to see your upcoming appointments. Select the appointment you want to edit, then select cancel or reschedule from the menu shown. If cancelling, it will ask you to confirm this action. Select ‘Cancel Appointment’ to confirm.
    If you’re rescheduling your appointment, you can simply continue selecting your desired appointment time and date as usual.

    If you can’t log in, don’t remember what phone number you used to make your appointment, or run into any other issues, you can call us during opening hours at +1 (236) 451-0050.

  • Right now we offer haircare products in store only. We currently carry Layrite and Goldie product lines. If you’re looking for a specific product within these brands, please give us a call at +1 (236) 451-0050 and we’ll let you know if we have the item in stock. We don’t currently offer any shipping, however if you would like us to put a product aside for you, you can leave your name an phone number and we can hold it for you.

  • Yes! We offer physical cards at our shop, and eGift Cards via the ‘Gift Cards’ link in the menu on our website. You can also follow this link.

  • We do haircuts for all ages! We offer more affordable haircuts for seniors ages 65 and up as well as kids 12 years old and younger.
    If you’re concerned about a haircut for a young child, we do allow kids to sit on their parents laps.

  • We wanted something short and relating to nature. Nick’s grandfather was an avid bird watcher, so his fascination with birds was in-part passed down to Nick.
    The finch in particular represents harmony and the home, a nod to the type of restfulness environment we’d like to create through our shop. The bird is also common in urban areas, which we felt matched the urban and nature that meet in Fort Langley.
    Mostly though we just wanted something more original than ‘Nick’s Barbershop.’
